Summary (Greece)

First episode:

Wonderfully welcomed at the border by customs officials and then by the police, I began my stay in an enchanting way.

Enchantment became more than a dream the next day because I woke up at the foot of a ski resort, with the sun and a good layer of newly fallen snow. Thus, I could not help myself renting a snowboard to free ride in the forest all day. As if this were not enough, I then had a wonderfull way down to the plain, cycling for more than 20 km.

As I left the country in the direction of Macedonia, I was spoiled by sympathetic soldiers who supplied me with food.

Second episode:

After spending some time in Athens, to change a wheel of the bicycle, which was not planned, I continued my trip from the North, where I had stopped it, and crossed the country from West to East.

Highly motivated to return to my dreamt itinerary, I went by the mountains and crossed daily steps over a hundred kilometres. During one of these steps, I met a Swiss couple travelling by bike for a year or two. The next day, I met a backpacker returning to Switzerland by foot after having done the way to go to Asia by bike. Occurring as if by magic, all four of us encountered a moment later on the road and we spent a wonderful evening on the beach around a fire.

The next day I find a source of thermal water and I can enjoy it all alone.

I then wait in Alexandroupoli, expecting a new air mattress that should arrive by mail and that will never arrive, before spinning in Turkey.
